I have never in my life been so angry with a person. The security treated me like shit, pardon my french. His name is DAVID. He was rude, cold, condescending and treated me like i was a threat. Furthermore; he literally said: this is MY playground, MY RULES. Im generally very very social and good with people, especially those who serve to protect us, but i was ready to slap him. I really hope he gets fired, and stripped off what fake pride he has. someone has got to do something.
The building itself isnt great, its too shabby. the carpets look like theyve been there for 50 years. Only advantage is the location. sorry for being so negative but I needed to speak the truth

I lived in this condominium for a number of years, now that I've moved out I wish I would have left sooner. This was absolutely the worst experience I've had living in a condo/apt in Toronto. The amenities are great, subway close by, many 24 hour conveniences, good facilities, fitness and sauna available but what really ruined a building that could have had potential is the extremely poor management. I have complained numerous times about the unprofessional manner in which one concierge in particular had dealt with not only me but my guests (family and friends). He is extremely rude, arrogant, and obviously has some sort of issue with women who speak up for themselves and shows preference towards more submissive women and blatantly makes some incredibly innappropriate remarks (sexist remarks) about many of the women in the building....in front of tenants. Some women in the building I know have taken to flirting with him in order to receive their mailed packages and to be allowed in to their own home not because they want to but out of desperation to be able to live under these so called 'rules', basically a regime. I've seen him have a number of encounters with visitors to the building, to the point where it is absolutely nothing short of abusive. I have the nicest family and he has been nothing short of rude and disrespectful towards them, for no reason other than it seems to please him. He will deny visitor parking when it is obviously available. Since he and the property manager are close friends from working together years ago, management will do nothing about harrassment by this individual no matter the fact that the harrassment can be terrifying at times, I was always afraid of when he would finally lose it and physically harm someone, no matter how many times you complain or how it affects your ability to relax in your own home nothing can be done, even through the owners association. I stopped inviting friends over because of the harrassment they would receive when they tried to see me. who for a time was the only one that could let you into the building as a tenant or owner (pre- fob key). He would laugh as people wait to get in and completely ignore you when you are just trying to get in and go home to your apartment after a long day. He only responds to you if you grovel towards him. You have to suck up and he even has given a past roommate of mine a lecture on how when you come in the doors you should always stop, smile and greet the person at the front desk, he refused to let her into the building until she smiled at him (she had her headphones in as any other normal person may have done and needed to run back into our apartment but he made it difficult for her. I can continue on about this but the more I write the angrier this makes me at the injustice, I am still owed money from management who refuses to respond to my messages, so anyone who may be considering moving here, please keep this in mind, that you may not see your money again. This building is run more like a prison than a home. If you can handle dealing with constant harrassment or having to grovel in order to get visitors parking or packages that have been delivered and if you can deal with regular sexual harassment and complete blow up arguments on the verge of violence and having to deal with individuals where you can only know if you're going to have a good day in this building by their mood for the day then you may be able to live here. However if you value being able to relax at home, to not have to deal with further stress after a long day of work, to be able to be treated with respect and dignity, just the same as you would treat any fellow human being than I would turn and run away from this building. A serious audit needs to be done here, I did not feel safe in this building because of the individuals that were supposed to protect me. I worried about damages done to my property, car, etc when I was away because I would not put it past one individual in particular who is a ticking time bomb. I am one of many, many unhappy former tenants (and current tenants I can only imagine). Make sure that if you are thinking about moving into this building that you talk to individuals who have been living there and get an idea of what you are walking in to. The price you pay for being close to school/work, many 24 hour amenities, services and entertainment is absolutely not worth it, this is just one person's story, I can tell you that a number of times, neighbours and myself had met and discussed these issues and drafted letters etc towards the TSCC as well as consulted lawyers about how we could deal with harassment but in the end because so many of us were in transition, tenants only for a few years or so, we all backed out because it was not worth any more harassment and our valuable time and health to deal with this and instead just leave the building. I feel badly for those who live there and have to deal with keeping these people happy so that they can live in peace in this building. I hope that one day something will be done.

Definitely a great place by location & allured me in to renting on the first place. But the concierge as much as one would imagine being a facility, it has been nothing but a hassle for me. They are doing border patrol rather than building security, very unaccommodating and disrespectful at times. They treat the tenants as if we should suck up to them. For example ; on my first day of move-in , the security calls me in his office with my carry-ons and gives me a half-an hour lecture on how to behave in this Condo and the protocols as if I'm rootless beggar. Of course he can tell me rules and regulations but not being disrespectful. Another day one of them stops us from bringing in grocery cart that he thinks doesn't look great. Does it mean I must rent a Limo to bring my grocery or people in Condo's don't eat at home? What kind of plushness are they trying to impose? Never in my well-traveled life,I've come across such un-professionalism in Condo-living.The situation gets even more biased because the head of security owns 15 units in the building. So he & his team plays as god! This is ridiculous! As I spoke with other tenants & expressed my concerns,I was surprised to hear similar stories. Unfortunately many of these are young professionals or graduate students & don't want to go through all the fuss. They told me to be extra lovely with the security and chat up whenever I see them even if they don't smile back - to be in their good favor.I love smiling at people but not in a suck-up manner.I feel the management is taking unfair advantage and making us a hostage of their whims. The units are great but I must warn future tenants about this " hostage by the concierge" situation.I wish I had came across a good, realistic user review before I moved in.

I see so many people have the same bad experience in this building.....I subletted a room for school and the people who work here are very rude and disrespectful. It was stressful to live here because the manager people who were very difficult to speak to about any questions or problems and unpredictable with their reactions one day they are okay other days very angry most of the time they were dismissive and treat you like you are nothing and did not respond unless you are very very nice so that they feel like they are better than you you have to act like they are like gods if you stand up to them you get treated like a dog....... very bad place to live... I am happy I don't live there anymore... Sorry my english is not so good.
