A top-notch, conveniently located but ultimately too-snooty building. Attracts an older and more bespoke class of inhabitants and has resulting moronic rules like a prohibition on using the main elevator to move a chair. The neighbourhood is a little quiet for a downtown building. Pretty good views if you like the "cityscape" thing. Pat Quinn in the elevator (before he became a stripper) was a highlight, as was the raid on a neighbour's unit by a SWAT team.

Good building. Excellent Security (no way to sneak into this builidng!). A little tight on rules - no chairs in elevators, etc. No dogs. Great parking - including visitor - which is a huge plus for downtown core.

Although the building (some suites) is a little on the tired side - the location is superior if you work downtown and like to live where you work. The amenities relative to more recently constructed condos in the downtown is arguably limited.
