Trinity Niagara (Toronto) gets its name because Niagara Street runs through it and the former Trinity College is located nearby. The area was formerly working class, many employed in industries located along the CN and CP railway corridors. However, in recent years, it has seen an explosion of new condominium loft and town house development. The area which runs along King Street West is located close to the fashion and entertainment districts and close to Trinity-Bellwoods, a large urban park.
