Similar to its neighbour to the north (Mount Dennis), Lambton (Toronto) is a working class, very culturally diverse neighbourhood with beautiful green surroundings, especially with one of its natural borders being the Humber River. The area offers affordable housing which attracts many first time homeowners and new immigrants however has fewer rental apartment buildings than Mount Dennis.
