Victoria Park Village (North York) is an extremely diverse neighbourhood. It is popular with new immigrants and has a mix of lower income and middle income families. The north part of the area is also considered the Parkwoods neighbourhood. Victoria Park Village has many high rise and low rise apartment buildings but also has a number of bungalow and single detached homes which tend to have great views at a lower price bracket.
