High Park at a glance

High Park (Toronto) is the largest park in Toronto and even includes a small zoo, a pond and restaurants. The area, with many impeccably kept, stately old homes as its trademark, is populated by an Anglo-Saxon community. The streets are lined with packed delis and restaurants of Polish and Ukrainian Canadians along Rocesvalles Ave – the area is called Little Poland or Roncesvalles Village.
